Our full-size iClean rentals are Bissell Big Green deep cleaners, and the iClean Compact is a Bissell Little Green. The difference is the service: Newclean delivers the full-size machine to your door and picks it up when you are done, so you do not need a car or a store trip.

No. The Newclean team delivers it on your booked date in a 10 AM to 2 PM, 2 to 5 PM or 5 to 8 PM window and collects it afterwards. There is no return form. A $40 refundable cleaning deposit is held on your card, once per order, not per machine, so the iClean Max with its spot cleaner is still $40. It is released after the return is accepted.

Often, yes. Blot up as much as you can, use an enzyme cleaner made for pet urine, then rinse and dry with the machine. Our pet mess guide shows the steps and the cleaner to buy. If the smell stays after it dries, it may have reached the pad under the carpet, and in-home cleaning may work better.

It depends on the carpet, the air and how wet it got. Do one or two slow dry passes at the end, then open a window or run a fan until it is fully dry. Stay off it until it feels dry.
