FAQ

Does this work for human vomit, diapers and toilet accidents?

Yes, use the same steps. Wear gloves, keep kids and pets away until it is dry, and wash your hands after.

Why not hot water?

Heat can set the stain so it sticks to the carpet for good. Cool water keeps it loose so it lifts out.

What if it still smells?

The mess may have soaked into the pad under the carpet. Spray the enzyme cleaner again so it soaks as deep as the mess did, then let it dry.

What if the mess has dried?

Scrape off what you can, lay a damp cloth on it for a few minutes to soften it, then follow the steps.
