FAQ

Can I use hydrogen peroxide?

Only on light coloured synthetic carpet, after a spot test. It can bleach wool and dark carpet.

What about an old, dry stain?

Wet it with cold water first, then do the same steps. It may take a few rounds.

Can I mix cleaners to make them stronger?

No. Never mix bleach with ammonia or vinegar. It makes toxic gas. Use one product and rinse between.

Do I need a machine?

Small fresh spills often come out by hand. A machine rinses out the soap and wine so the spot does not come back.
