FAQ

Why does suction drop after a couple of rooms?

Carpet fibre rolls up and blocks the grey slot above the brush. Unplug, dig it out with a flat tool, and suction comes back. Check it every two rooms.

Why is it leaving the carpet wet?

Go slower on dry passes and do more of them. A full dirty tank or a loose tank also cuts suction.

Why is foam coming out?

The dirty tank is full of foam. Empty it and use less solution.

It still does not work. What now?

Unplug it and contact whoever you rented it from. Do not open the machine yourself.
